Dr. Ralph Massullo has served our community for over 30 years as a trusted physician, job creator, and public servant. As the founder and president of his Lecanto-based dermatology practice, he’s delivered high-quality medical care while providing good jobs to the community he proudly calls home.
Rooted in Faith and Family
Ralph and his late wife, Patty, raised four wonderful children with a strong foundation in faith, service, and family values. Today, that same foundation continues to guide Ralph’s life as a father, grandfather, and leader committed to doing what’s right for Florida families.
A Life of Service — At Home and Abroad
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Massullo has devoted himself to helping others. He’s a past president of the Florida Society of Dermatology Surgery and was named Surgeon of the Year in 1998.
He has participated in international missions to help those in need, and closer to home, has served on the board of Seven Rivers Christian School, supported local charities, and co-sponsored the USA Olympic wrestling team.
A Proven Conservative in the Florida Legislature
During his four terms in the Florida House of Representatives, Dr. Massullo stood strong for conservative values. He helped pass legislation to grow Florida’s economy, protect individual freedoms, uphold law and order, and secure our borders—all while putting Floridians first. Today, he’s continuing this important work as a member of the Florida Senate.

Dr. Massullo is an active member of Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church, where his Christian faith continues to be a source of strength and purpose. Surrounded by the love and support of his children and grandchildren, he remains deeply committed to preserving the values that make Florida strong.
